Blue River Logic ("we," "our," or "us") builds applications designed with privacy as a core principle. Our applications do not collect, store, or transmit personal data. There are no user accounts, no login requirements, and no cloud services operated by Blue River Logic. All app settings and preferences are stored locally on your device.
Information We Do Not Collect
Our applications do not collect, store, or share any of the following:
• Personal information (name, email, phone number, address) • Location data • Usage analytics or behavioral data • Crash reports or diagnostic telemetry • Advertising identifiers or tracking data • Browsing or search history • Financial or payment information
Our applications contain no third-party analytics SDKs, advertising frameworks, crash reporting tools, or tracking libraries of any kind.
Local Data Storage
All data generated by our applications is stored locally on your device. This data never leaves your device unless you back up your device through iCloud or iTunes, which is governed by Apple's privacy policies. You can delete all app data at any time by deleting the application from your device.
Third-Party Services
Our applications may connect to publicly available third-party content services to retrieve information you request, such as artwork or media metadata. These connections are made only when you initiate an action — no background data transmission occurs. Only the content query is sent; no personal or device-identifying information is included.
Any third-party service accessed by our applications is subject to that service's own privacy policy. Blue River Logic does not control, operate, or have access to any data these services may log. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party service you choose to use with our applications.
Data Sharing
Blue River Logic does not sell, share, rent, or trade any user data with third parties. Because our applications do not collect personal data, there is no data to share.
Data Retention and Deletion
No personal data is retained by Blue River Logic on any server or cloud service. All application data resides solely on your device and is fully removed when the application is deleted.
Children's Privacy
Our applications do not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. No account creation or personal data entry is required to use our applications.
Your Rights Under GDPR, CCPA, and Other Privacy Regulations
Because Blue River Logic does not collect, process, or store any personal data, the rights typically granted under regulations such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and similar privacy laws — including the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data — are inherently satisfied. There is no personal data to access, correct, delete, or transfer.
